Got the files quickly, so that was nice. it’s always a pleasant surprise when something like this just works without turning into a whole little ordeal.

I’ll blame whoever runs this for making the gallery way easier than I expected. The online gallery on excelphotographers.com was simple to figure out, the photos loaded quickly, and I could find and pick my favorites without getting lost. It worked fine on my phone too, which made the whole thing painless.

Excel Photographers did such a nice job with our photos. They didn’t feel overly posed or like the same shot over and over, which I really appreciated. The colors looked great, the angles were interesting, and the whole style just felt more personal. I don’t know... it had a really natural, creative feel to it. Super happy with how everything turned out.

The photos turned out okay, but the communication was really frustrating. I kept having to chase for updates, and even after following up, I’d still be sitting there for days waiting on a reply. I don’t mind a little delay, but this got old fast.

I’m really happy with the whole experience. They took the time to understand what I needed instead of just pushing something on me, which says a lot. It feels good dealing with people who are fair and actually care about doing right by the customer...

I went in thinking the cost was set, but then I had to ask twice about extra charges. It was a little confusing, and I wish they explain it better up front.

He showed up on time, stayed calm the whole time, and clearly knew what he was doing. Even though we weren’t the most organized group, he didn’t rush us and made everyone feel comfortable. The photos turned out really nice too. I’d definitely book them again

I did get my refund in the end, but only after emailing twice. It wasn’t the worst experience, and I appreciate that they eventually sorted it out, but the cancellation process could definitely be clearer and a bit quicker. It’s just basic courtesy to make refunds and cancellations easy for people, especially when they’ve already decided to cancel.
